Ludaxis OU (“Ludaxis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Glass Smash and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in every interaction.
By downloading, installing, or using Glass Smash, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Game Center Profile: When you sign in with Apple Game Center, we receive your Game Center player ID and display name to enable leaderboards, achievements, and multiplayer features.
- In-App Purchases: Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive transaction confirmations to deliver purchased items.
- Support Inquiries: If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your communication.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics Data: We use GameAnalytics to understand gameplay patterns and improve the game. This includes level progression, session length, in-game economy usage, and performance metrics. Analytics are tied to a rotating pseudonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash that changes daily) — not to your name, email, or Apple ID.
- Device Information: General device model, operating system version, and app version are collected for compatibility and performance optimization.
- Crash & Error Reports: Automatic error reports help us identify and fix issues. These contain technical data about the crash context but no personal information.
- Ad Interaction Data: When you choose to watch a rewarded video ad, we record whether the ad was shown and completed. This data is processed by our ad partner (Google AdMob) under their own privacy policy.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your Apple ID, email address, or real name through gameplay.
- We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Deliver & Improve the Game: Provide gameplay, save your progress, sync data across your devices via iCloud, and optimize game balance through our adaptive difficulty system.
- Leaderboards & Achievements: Display your scores and unlock achievements through Apple Game Center.
- Analytics & Performance: Understand how players interact with the game, identify bugs, and improve the overall experience.
- In-App Purchases: Fulfill purchases and manage your in-game economy (coins, boosters, lives).
- Notifications: Send optional local notifications (e.g., life refill reminders) only if you grant permission. You can disable these at any time.
- Ad Delivery: Show optional rewarded video ads when you choose to watch them.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
3. Data Storage & Cloud Sync
Your game progress (level scores, stars, highest completed level) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore). iCloud sync is managed entirely by Apple under their privacy policy and your iCloud settings. We use a “highest progress wins” merge strategy — your best scores and furthest progress are always preserved.
Sensitive in-game state such as remaining lives and active timers are stored locally only and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in aggregated, pseudonymous form for up to 24 months to identify long-term trends. Because we use daily-rotating hashes rather than persistent identifiers, individual sessions cannot be linked across days.
Local game data persists on your device until you delete the app. iCloud data persists until you remove it from your iCloud account.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party analytics and advertising partners as described in Section 4, solely to provide their services.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ludaxis, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with the same privacy protections applied.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have control over your data:
- Notifications: Enable or disable at any time in the game’s Settings or your device’s Settings app.
- iCloud Sync: Disable iCloud for Glass Smash in your device’s Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
- Analytics Opt-Out: Limit analytics by enabling “Limit Ad Tracking” or disabling “Share Analytics” in your device’s Privacy settings.
- Delete Your Data: Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To remove iCloud data, disable iCloud sync before uninstalling.
- Ad Preferences: Rewarded ads are entirely opt-in. You are never required to watch an ad.
- Access & Portability: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
- Erasure: You may request deletion of any data associated with you by contacting us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. 8. Children’s Privacy
Glass Smash is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
The game does not require account creation, does not include social features that allow children to share personal information, and rewarded ads are delivered through Apple’s child-safe ad framework when applicable.
9. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Measures include:
- Pseudonymous, rotating analytics identifiers (no persistent user tracking).
- All purchases processed through Apple’s secure StoreKit infrastructure.
- Cloud sync encrypted in transit and at rest via Apple iCloud.
- No server-side storage of personal data — your data stays on your device and in your iCloud account.
While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information.
10. International Data Transfers
Our analytics providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where applicable, these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR and other applicable laws.
11. Apple App Store Privacy Details
In accordance with Apple’s App Store requirements, here is a summary of our data practices:
- Data Used to Track You: None. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
- Data Linked to You: Game Center player ID (for leaderboards/achievements), purchase history (for delivering IAP items).
- Data Not Linked to You: Pseudonymous analytics (gameplay patterns, crash data, device info), ad interaction data.
