Website Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 5, 2026

This policy explains how Ludaxis OÜ (“Ludaxis,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit ludaxis.io. Ludaxis OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for the processing described here.

This policy covers our studio website. Our games and hiring process have their own notices because they use different information:

1. Information we handle

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and manage the conversation. Job applications are covered by the Candidate Privacy Notice linked above.

Information handled automatically

  • Essential technical data: our hosting provider may process standard request and security logs, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, time, and error details, to deliver and protect the website.
  • Your privacy choice:we store whether you accepted or declined analytics in your browser’s local storage so we can remember that choice.
  • Short-lived interface state: session storage may remember that an introductory logo animation has played. Careers pages may also remember a campaign source during the current browser session. This is not used for advertising.
  • Analytics, only with consent:if you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics measures visits and interactions so we can understand and improve the site. Google may set cookies and process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, and interaction events. We do not load Google Analytics before you consent.

2. Why we use it

  • to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website;
  • to remember your privacy choice and essential interface state;
  • to reply when you contact us; and
  • with your consent, to understand aggregate site usage and improve content.

Under the GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and answer ordinary enquiries, and on your consent for Google Analytics. You can use the site fully without accepting analytics.

3. Analytics choice

You can change your choice at any time below. Declining stops further Google Analytics measurement from this browser and removes the first-party Google Analytics cookies we can identify. Your choice applies to this browser and may need to be set again if you clear site data or use another device.

Current choice: not chosen

4. Service providers and transfers

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Your consent choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Session storage normally clears when the browser session ends. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer and maintain appropriate business records. Hosting security logs and consent-based analytics are retained only for operational, security, and measurement needs under the relevant provider settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive portable data. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time using the controls above. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. External links and children

Our site links to other websites that have their own privacy practices. This studio website is not directed to children and does not knowingly ask children for personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. We will revise the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be explained clearly where appropriate.
