Beat Bloom Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 5, 2026

This policy explains how Ludaxis OÜ (“Ludaxis,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you play Beat Bloom. Ludaxis OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for the processing described here.

1. Information processed by the game

Game activity and local progress

Beat Bloom records progress and game state on your device, including level outcomes, attempts, session and play time, rewards, streaks, and virtual currency earned or spent. Local progress and inventory are not currently connected to a player account or cloud save.

Device and app identifiers

The game and its service providers may process device and installation identifiers, such as an advertising ID where permitted, Android ID, Apple IDFV, Firebase installation or instance ID, AppsFlyer ID, an anonymous game-service ID, and locally generated installation or analytics IDs. They may also receive IP address, device model, operating system, language, app version, and network or carrier information. IP address may reveal an approximate location, but we do not request precise GPS location.

Advertising and attribution

Beat Bloom is configured to show rewarded and interstitial ads. Advertising and attribution services may process ad impressions, clicks, completion, placement, advertising identifiers, attributed campaign, ad network, and ad-revenue data. Depending on your region and choices, this data may be used to measure campaigns, prevent fraud, limit repeated ads, or personalize advertising.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payment details. We do not receive your full payment-card information. The game and RevenueCat may process product identifier, price and currency, purchase status, entitlement, receipt or purchase token, transaction metadata, and revenue-validation information to deliver and restore purchases and prevent fraud.

Analytics and diagnostics

Analytics services may receive gameplay events, app sessions, retention intervals, economy events, purchase events, and custom interactions. Diagnostics services may receive crash reports, application-not-responding events, error logs, failed-request details, performance data, device and operating-system details, and app version. Our current Sentry configuration disables screenshots, view hierarchy, and default PII collection.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any diagnostic information or attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

2. Information we do not ask for

Beat Bloom does not currently provide player accounts, cloud saves, chat, social profiles, teams, or working leaderboards. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location through ordinary gameplay.

3. How we use information

  • provide gameplay, save local progress, and deliver rewards;
  • process and restore purchases;
  • show, measure, and where permitted personalize advertising;
  • measure acquisition and understand how the game is played;
  • balance levels, improve performance, and develop new features;
  • find crashes, errors, fraud, and security problems;
  • reply to support and privacy requests; and
  • meet legal, accounting, and platform obligations.

4. Legal bases and choices

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases depend on the purpose. We rely on performance of a contract to provide requested gameplay and purchases; legitimate interests for essential operation, security, fraud prevention, and proportionate product diagnostics; consent where required for analytics, attribution, personalized ads, or access to an advertising identifier; and legal obligations for required records.

Platform prompts and consent screens, when shown, let you control applicable advertising or tracking choices. You can also limit ad personalization or reset an advertising identifier in iOS or Android settings. Declining optional processing should not prevent core gameplay, although contextual ads may still appear. Contact us if you cannot reopen an applicable privacy choice.

5. Service providers

A provider is used only when its relevant feature is active on your device, platform, region, or build. The current project is configured with:

  • Amanotes game services for gameplay, economy, purchase, device, and analytics events. Amanotes privacy
  • AppsFlyer for attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, sessions, and purchase or ad-revenue measurement. AppsFlyer services privacy
  • Google Firebase for analytics, remote configuration, installation identifiers, and potentially crash reporting; and Google AdMob as an advertising partner. Firebase privacy and security
  • AppLovin MAX for advertising and mediation. Depending on available inventory, mediation partners may include Google, Meta, Pangle, Bigo, DT Exchange/Fyber, InMobi, ironSource, Mintegral, Moloco, Unity Ads, and Vungle/Liftoff. AppLovin privacy
  • RevenueCat for purchase status, receipts, entitlements, and revenue validation. RevenueCat privacy
  • GameAnalytics for game, economy, purchase, and error events. GameAnalytics privacy
  • Sentry for crash, performance, error, and failed-request diagnostics. Sentry privacy
  • Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution, purchases, and platform services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Sharing, advertising, and international transfers

We do not sell your name or contact information. We share the data described above with service providers to operate the game, process purchases, measure performance, attribute installs, show ads, and prevent fraud. Advertising identifiers and activity shared for personalized advertising or attribution may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws, giving you an opt-out right.

Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for these transfers. We may also disclose information if lawfully required, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

7. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Store and purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and us as needed to provide purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting duties. Analytics, advertising, attribution, and diagnostics data is retained under our configured provider settings only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, then deleted or de-identified. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.

Because Beat Bloom has no player account, we may need an installation, advertising, purchase, or other privacy identifier to locate remote data. We cannot identify a record from your name or email unless you previously gave it to support. Uninstalling removes local data but does not automatically erase data already held by a service provider or app store. Contact us for help with an access or deletion request.

8. Children

We do not knowingly seek a child’s name or contact details through the game. The public release’s age rating and audience settings will be shown in its store listing. Where parental consent or child-specific restrictions are required, we will obtain that consent or restrict the relevant processing. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information was processed improperly should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also complain to a data-protection authority. In Estonia, this is the Data Protection Inspectorate. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the type of data and rely on platform and provider security controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the game or its release configuration changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required.
