What you’ll do
- Author levels and difficulty/pacing curves
- Design onboarding that teaches through play, not text
- Tune near-miss pacing and dynamic difficulty
- Use playtest data to iterate level-by-level
What we’re looking for
- Experience designing levels for puzzle or casual games
- Intuition for difficulty curves and player psychology
- Data-literate — reads win-rate and churn signals
- Detail-obsessed about pacing and readability
