Craft difficulty and pacing curves, and design levels that teach without telling — tuned for flow and retention.

What you’ll do

  • Author levels and difficulty/pacing curves
  • Design onboarding that teaches through play, not text
  • Tune near-miss pacing and dynamic difficulty
  • Use playtest data to iterate level-by-level

What we’re looking for

  • Experience designing levels for puzzle or casual games
  • Intuition for difficulty curves and player psychology
  • Data-literate — reads win-rate and churn signals
  • Detail-obsessed about pacing and readability
