Fastest Path in the App

1. Open WordSuit.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Data.
4. Use Analytics, Request Data Export, or Request Data Erasure.

Export and erasure requests require the signed-in account so we can verify the request belongs to you.

Request Account Deletion Outside the App

If you cannot access the app, email parastoo@ludaxis.io with the subject WordSuit Account Deletion Request.

Include the store and platform you used, any sign-in email connected to the account, and any purchase order IDs if you need us to locate purchase-linked records. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

What We Delete

When an account deletion request is verified, we delete or de-identify account-linked player data such as progress, profile, settings, push tokens, privacy consent state, team/player records where legally deletable, and associated gameplay data.

We may retain limited records when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, tax and accounting, purchase disputes, store compliance, or audit logs.

Other Controls

• Use Settings to turn analytics on or off where analytics is available.
• Use your device settings to control notifications.
• Use iOS App Tracking Transparency settings to control tracking permission.
• Use Android ad personalization and Advertising ID settings to control ad identifiers where available.
