Sip Sort Privacy Policy
Short Version
Sip Sort! stores game progress, settings, and certain gameplay records through app storage on your device. Sip Sort! also uses Voodoo TinySauce 8.2.0, an external analytics and attribution SDK. TinySauce and its service providers collect and share certain technical, gameplay, performance, location, and identifier data as described below. The current version does not provide player accounts, app-operated cloud save, live in-app purchasing, or display third-party advertisements. We do not sell personal information for money.
Information Stored on Your Device
Sip Sort! may store the following information through app storage on your device:
- Level progress, moves, wins, losses, tutorial state, rewards, coins, hearts, boosters, and other game-state information.
- Preferences such as sound, music, haptics, and notification settings.
- Local gameplay events and diagnostic records used to test and improve game balance and reliability.
- Local notification schedules and review-prompt state.
This locally stored information is used to operate the game and remember your progress and preferences. Your device platform may back up or transfer it under your platform settings. Separately, TinySauce and its service providers transmit the information described in the next section off the device.
Information We Receive
We and our service providers may receive information in the following situations:
Analytics, Attribution, and Technical Information
Sip Sort! uses Voodoo TinySauce 8.2.0. TinySauce and its integrated service providers collect and share approximate location; device or other identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and app or installation identifiers; gameplay and other app activity; crash logs; diagnostics; and other application-performance data. Approximate location may be inferred from an IP address. This processing may also include device model, operating-system version, application version, session information, gameplay events, consent choices, and attribution or campaign information.
This information is used for application functionality, analytics and game improvement, performance and crash diagnosis, attribution and marketing measurement, personalization, and fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
Support and Privacy Requests
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the game, or handle your request.
Privacy-Policy Website
When you open this page, our hosting and security providers may process ordinary web request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and time of access for delivery, security, and reliability. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Platform Services and Permissions
Google Play
Google processes information needed to distribute, install, update, secure, and operate apps through Google Play. Sip Sort! may also open Google Play's in-app review interface. We do not receive your Google account details or the content of a review through that interface. Google may provide us with aggregated or de-identified Play Console information such as installs, device and operating-system categories, performance, crashes, and application-not-responding events. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Local Notifications
If you allow notifications, Sip Sort! may schedule reminders locally through your device operating system. The current version does not use a remote push-notification service and does not send a push token to our servers. You can change notification permission at any time in your device settings.
How We Use Information
We use locally stored information to operate Sip Sort!, remember progress and preferences, calculate rewards, schedule reminders, and prevent duplicate prompts. TinySauce-related information is used to operate and improve the game, understand gameplay and engagement, measure application and marketing performance, diagnose crashes and technical problems, personalize services, and prevent fraud or abuse. Information you voluntarily send us is used to respond to your request, provide support, protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and Sale
We do not sell personal information for money. Sip Sort! transmits and shares the TinySauce-related data described above with Voodoo and service providers included or enabled through TinySauce, which may include GameAnalytics, Adjust, and Meta/Facebook. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some identifier processing may be considered sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, Sip Sort! provides applicable consent or privacy choices.

Information may also be handled by Google Play, your device platform, our website host, and our email provider as described above. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and Deletion
- Game progress, settings, and local activity records remain in app storage until the app replaces or rotates them, you clear the app's storage, or you uninstall the app. Your platform may retain or restore a copy through backup or device-transfer services under its own settings and policies.
- Local notification schedules can be disabled through the game or device settings and are removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to operating-system behavior.
- Support and privacy-request correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Platform providers retain data under their own policies and controls.
- TinySauce and its service providers retain externally collected information according to their own retention schedules, legal obligations, and privacy policies.
Because Sip Sort! has no player account, clearing application storage or uninstalling removes locally stored game data but does not necessarily delete information already received by an SDK provider. You can manage platform backup and restore through your device or Google account settings. Your Choices and Rights
- Change notification permission in your device settings.
- Use a TinySauce consent or privacy screen, when presented, to manage available analytics and advertising choices.
- Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID and manage related privacy controls through your device settings.
- Clear local game data or uninstall the app.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or another privacy right available under your local law for information we hold.
Some technical processing required for application functionality, security, or compliance may continue where permitted by law. We may need reasonable information to verify and complete a request. You can also use Google account and Google Play privacy controls for data processed by Google.
Security
Game data may be stored locally and TinySauce-related information may be transmitted to external providers. We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Voodoo's published TinySauce Data Safety baseline states that not all SDK-collected data is encrypted in transit.
Children
Sip Sort! is not directed to children under 16. TinySauce may collect the technical and identifier information described in this policy. If you believe information relating to a child has been processed, contact us at hello@ludaxis.io. We will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.
International Processing
Information processed through TinySauce, its service providers, support communications, or this policy website may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we and our providers use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Sip Sort!, TinySauce, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before materially changing the categories or purposes of off-device processing. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
